Numero Cuatro, aye yai yai!

Panchos Burritos: Panchos Burritos is nice little Mexican eatery nestled between a few random shops in New Milford. The layout of the restaurant is pretty plain, being just an array of tables with the kitchen in the back. It almost looks a little like a cafeteria. There is a very tiny bar which is stocked with some mexican and a few domestic light beers. They also serve sangria, mojitos, and margaritas. There is a little bit of space on the sidewalk for out door eating, which is a nice touch. There’s not too much decoration really, it is, frankly, an orange box. However, the food was excellent. We started off the chips and chipotle salsa, which had a kick of spiciness to it. I had a beef chimichanga which is great. I’m a fan of the chimichanga. It seems to be a dish that never gets made wrong for me. Here they roll it up and fry it, so it sort of looks like an egg roll. There was was plenty of flavor. It was complimented quite nicely with rice and beans. It’s a fun little place. It would be great to go to for happy hour or a nice meal before hitting the night on the town.
