Will Smith isn’t the only good thing from Philly…

Ishkabibble’s: With the World Series hunt catching tons of excitement in Philadelphia and having attended Game 4, I decided it’s about time for a Philly cheese steak review.  Everyone I know has their own favorite cheese steak, I won’t divulge what mine is, and I’ll leave it a secret for you to wonder for the ages.  Philly is an area known most for the cheese steak followed closely by Rocky, Will Smith and the Phillie Phanatic.  Ishkabibble’s is located on the busy South Street an area that contains everything from record stores to restaurants.  Ishkabibble’s has almost no seating inside, so you’re pretty much ordering at the counter and taking it to go.  It has an almost chaotic atmosphere as everyone gathers round places orders and the employees shout initials for you to pick up your food.  My order was simple: 1 cheese steak with American cheese and fried onions, French fries and to drink a Gremlin.  The cheese steak was alright, it lacked a little on the taste and wasn’t as juicy as other ones I’ve had in the past.  The French fries were out of this world.  I don’t know what they do different but, I’m going to assume it has to do with gravitational pull and a magician.  The fries weren’t greasy and perfectly crisp giving it such great taste.  The Gremlin drink was a concoction of ½ grape drink ½ lemonade, it’s a very sweet drink but delicious none the less.  The price is standard for a cheese steak in Philly and doesn’t break the bank.  My best advice if you’re having trouble finding a cheese steak to eat.  Try them all!
